Annual Conference
The association sanctions a grant as seed money on the decision of the executive towards the conference expenses.
At the completion of the conference:
The Seed Money Is to Be Returned to The Parent's Body
the surplus funds of the annual conference shall Vest in the APRAS.
The council shall however give due to weightage to the wishes of the local organizing committee to the utilisation of such surplus
The financial accounts of the conference shall be completed within six months from the date of completion of the conference and shall be submitted to the executive Council by the local organization secretary and the local treasurer. After obtaining formal approval by the executive the same shall be placed before the General Body meeting during the next conference for approval.
The notice for the General Body along with the agenda shall be circulated to all the members giving at least one month's notice to the members.
Dates of annual conference:
The annual conference of APRAS shall be conducted in the month of August every year, subject to the approval by the executive and subject to the forchanges suggested by the executive.
