Formation Of The Executive Body
All the vacant positions in the executive, viz, President and vice-president, secretary, treasurer, and the members shall be elected to the respective offices in the Annual General Body Meeting. The names of the members who are eligible for being elected office of the executive as detailed in the byelaws, shall be proposed for a specific office by one lifetime member and seconded by another lifetime member.
The secretary shall announce the list of all the names proposed for any position if there is more than one proposal received, and declared election for that position.
Election for all the officers may be held together in the same meeting, the life member present shall cast their vote by ballot to elect a person for the position in the executive for which his/her name has been proposed.
The president may seek the help of any member of the association for conducting the elections, and form a committee for the propose.
The Decision of The President Shall Be Binding and Shall Not Be Subject to Question in Any Court of Law.
In case of a tie the presidential caste is vote to enable the result. Unless in the event of a tie the president shall not vote in any election
Formation of the committee and designation of powers
The council may appoint committees from among the members of APRAS and delegate its powers for carrying out specific projects. The president and secretary shall be ex-officio members of all such committees.
