Scientific Meetings:

The conduct of the scientific meetings shall be the responsibility of the local organizing secretary

Participants in the scientific meetings will be expected to send copies of their presentations to the scientific committee, well within the stipulated time.

scientific programs will be finalized after the mutual consultation between the organizing secretary and the president and Secretary of APRAS

The Subject of The Symposium or The Panel Discussion, Will Be Decided by The General Body, 1 Year Earlier, During the Preceding General Body Meeting.

Orations and guest lectures shall be suitably accommodated after consultation with the president.
