Changeover Of The Constitution:

Any changes to the Constitution necessitate approval of the General Body by a 2/3 majority in the event of voting, where in not less than 60% of the total members or present.

The Clause Under Consideration of The Change and The Proposed Changes, Must Be Informed to All the Members Well in Advance of The General Body Meeting Where Such a Proposal Is Being Considered
